Prayag is a development professional with a grassroots focus,
specializing in digital inclusion and leveraging technology for social impact. Currently, he serves as faculty at Srishti Manipal
Institute of Art, Design, and Technology (under Manipal Academy of Higher Education – Bangalore), where he contributes to bridging technology, design, and equitable development. His work emphasizes participatory approaches to empower marginalized communities through innovation and education.
Smriti Vaid
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
Smriti is a seasoned development professional with 16 years of experience across organizations such as John Snow India, Swasti – The Health Catalyst, Dia Vikas Capital, St. Stephen’s Hospital, and the National Dairy Development Board. A postgraduate in Social Work from TISS, she brings deep expertise in community organization, institutional strengthening, project management, and integrated health and livelihood programming. She has led the design and implementation of impactful programs like ‘Invest for Wellness,’ supported capacity-building of women-led grassroots institutions, and contributed to national-level planning in maternal and child health.
Mukeshsh Gupta
Startegy & Organizational Development
A development economist by academic training and a practicing agroecologist, Mukeshsh has worked in rural
communities for half his professional life spanning 21 years. He works at the intersection of Regenerative Agriculture and
Rural Entrepreneurship to bring prosperity plus wellness for rural and forest dwelling families.
An ethical entrepreneur at heart, he has initiated multiple organisations to learn and earn, before weaving together
this team and its offerings for grassroots CBOs at Sansadhan Services.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
With over 18+ years of experience and expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Management Information Systems (MIS), Sameer brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our team. Having started his career as a software developer, he has leveraged technology to drive innovation and efficiency, designing and implementing effective MEL frameworks and MIS solutions. His unique blend of technical expertise and MEL acumen positions him to make valuable contributions to our team’s growth and development.
