A development economist and practicing agroecologist with 21 years of experience working in rural communities. He specializes in Regenerative Agriculture and Rural Entrepreneurship, aiming to foster prosperity and well-being for rural and forest families. As an ethical entrepreneur, he has founded multiple organizations dedicated to supporting learning and income generation. He now brings together this team and its services under Sansadhan Services to empower grassroots community-based organizations.

Digital Presence & Communications
A development professional dedicated to grassroots initiatives, specializing in digital inclusion and harnessing technology for social impact. He integrates technology, design, and equitable development. His work prioritizes participatory methods to empower marginalized communities through innovation and education.
Smriti Vaid
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
A development professional with 16 years of experience working at John Snow India, Swasti – The Health Catalyst, Dia Vikas Capital, St. Stephen’s Hospital, and the National Dairy Development Board. A Social Work graduate from TISS, she specializes in community organization, institutional strengthening, project management, and health-livelihood initiatives. She has led the ‘Invest for Wellness’ program, supported women-led grassroots groups, and played a key role in national maternal and child health planning.
